OUR FACTORY

Our Factory was established in 1990, and has been serving customers world-wide with high quality Costume Jewelry and ornaments for many years. In the year 2000 our factory was completely renovated and extended - newfloors -partitions -air conditioning -new extractor systems for the plating shop -completely new resin/enamel section -and a medical centre for staff.

We use centrifugal casting, working with high quality white Metal ( 92% Tin) and can produce all types of Costume Jewelry and small ornaments, plated with Gold, Rhodium, Silver ( + anti tarnish E Coat) Hematite, Antique finish and enamel coating using 2 part epoxy resin.

Our Quality Assurance manager and his team of 30 Q.A. people work in all areas of production to check and put right any possible problems before the product leaves each department.

Because of our consistant design & high quality we have for many years , been selected and approved to use the "Thailand's Brand " product logo as a symbol of high quality exports.

More recently we were very proud to be presented with the Prime Minister's Export Award for Product Design & Development by the Minister from the Thai Department of Commerce.

Our Designers, who travel extensively to overseas markets to monitor trends, can provide a fast response to the specific needs of our customers world-wide, as well as developing new ,exciting items for our own open line.

These designers are trained to use C.A.D can communicate across the world by e-mail, working from the customers brief can present illustrations and costings very quickly, free of charge ,for customer approval, before model making.

Customers own designs are fully protected by our detailed computer reference for every model made putting the customers name against the product number.

Casting

Our casting units are controlled for temperature, and material content to protect the health of our staff -and to maintain the specification of the product. Every piece which is to be stone set is individually drilled out after casting to ensure the correct seating for the stones

Unlike Factories in the West -Crystaline has just 5 Vibratory Machines but over 50 Hand Polishers -to ensure the highest possible final finish on our products. Our polishers are protected by working behind glass, with ducting removing all of the dust etc. to external filter units before anything is released into the atmosphere.

This enables us to produce a high quality product, and at the same time protect our workers health, and the environment.

As well as producing conventional Enamel painting -we have developed the technique of literally "painting on air" i.e. creating a "Stained Glass " see through look without any backing on the piece.

This allows for wonderful designs of Birds, Butterflies, Flowers etc. and has been used extensively by our customers in the USA and Europe.

Although foil backed glued in crystals are used in most of our production,we also can hand set many of our pieces using glass stones in a way that can be compared with fine jewelry manufacture, but at a very much lower cost.

Although our manufacturing is mainly white metal casting, we do make some very top end crystal beaded product for specialist designer houses in Europe.
